Support and after-sales

We pride ourselves on supporting our partners. As well as producing manuals, we offer responsive support online and via telephone.

We also handle any issues with warranty and spare parts, which can be dealt with quickly through Dealer Space – our online order system.

RAPID DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS

Based in Krems-Gedersdorf, Austria, our central warehouse stocks more than 1.6 million spare parts – with over 600,000 parts dispatched every year.

We can quickly respond to partner requests for spares, delivering to all European countries within 48 hours thanks to our close cooperation with delivery providers.
