State-of-the-art design centre

In 2019, we opened our new design centre in Krems, Austria. The centre is home to state-of-the-art equipment, including 3D scanner and printer, and a new dedicated area for making clay models.

And that‘s just the beginning. With worldwide expansion on the horizon, our design team is sure to flourish in the years to come.

Diverse portfolio

The team works with a wide range of vehicles and engine sizes, including our leading motorcycle brands, Brixton and Malaguti.

Their different styles – classic and retro versus Italian and sporty – mean the team is experienced at producing high quality vehicles whatever the design and build challenge.

Design strategy

Without a good strategy, design can lose all meaning. That‘s why we create a design language for every new brand we produce, ensuring it has a strong identity in the years to come.

“THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL.”

Stage 1

Concept

Market need, innovative technology or even a film – our product ideas can come from anywhere.

Stage 2

Ideation

We start with a blank canvass then bring different design directions to life.

Stage 3

Development

After the team decide on a direction, development of vehicle design begins.

Stage 4

Clay modelling

The paper designs are transformed into a full-size 3D model. The modeller and designer work together closely to define surfaces and details.

Stage 5

3D design

After the 3D model gets scanned and digitised, the mechanics can start building the first prototype.
